PuMpKiNs!!!

Last night we did our traditional pumpkin carving :) I was not very fast at carving mine (the one on the right) so my dad carved it for me :( but that's ok haha


The one in the middle on the left is my "cat" pumpkin I painted at young womens last week, and it's pretty sad looking I must say. You can go to my parents' blog and see what they think of it ;) haha Stac, Miles, and me with our masterpieces :D (I look like a midget!! lol)

HoW i GoT aNsWeReD tO sAdiEs!!!

So I was lying in bed, trying to get Miles to sleep when I heard my grandma yelling my name from upstairs... I went to the bottom of the stairs and also heard her say something about a "live chicken"... So naturally, I ran upstairs to see. And to my surprise there happened to be a random chicken just clucking around on the front porch!!

Yes! A real chicken!!!

So we were laughing and I ran down the stairs and back up in a time of probably five seconds and got the camera! Grandma Kris and I were laughing our heads off trying to figure out what to do, and Grandpa was obviously not too happy. (He claimed it was animal abuse, that someone ditched a chicken on some random porch) Then he proposed it was one of my friends. I defended myself of course and said none of my friends had chickens! However, it turns out I was wrong...

It was after all Jake's chicken and he was answering me back for Sadies :)

Very cute idea!!! I could never come up with something so crazy and clever!!! How lucky am I to be going to Sadies with this stud ;)
